1. Contracting parties and nature of the service

The shuttle service is organized entirely privately/internally and serves solely for shared, cost-covering travel to and from the trade fair. It is a self-contained, non-profit contribution. The service is provided by a licensed and insured car rental company.

 

2. Cost contribution and reimbursement

The participation fee is a fixed portion of the total vehicle costs. Since the vehicle rental fee is charged in full regardless of actual occupancy, a refund of the participation fee is not possible in the event of a no-show or short-notice cancellation by the participant.

3. Exclusion from promotion

There is no entitlement to transport for persons who have not registered online in advance and are not on the official passenger list. The transport company's driver is instructed to check the list before departure.

4. Limitation of Liability

Liability for damages arising from transport (e.g., accidents, delays) is governed exclusively by statutory provisions and the insurance terms and conditions of the operating licensed transport company. The shuttle organizer assumes no further liability unless damage was caused by the organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct. Passengers are responsible for adhering to trade fair and scheduling requirements.
